Read the actual field limit
The selected notebook provides a grade field with a3-character limit. It separately provides three25-character lines. A grade field is therefore not the place for an unrestricted course title,university name or sentence. Fixed Congratulations wording does not consume that field,but it also cannot be rewritten through it.
Use a neutral example
A placeholder such as ABC has3 characters;ABCD has4 and exceeds that stated limit. These are tool examples,not suggestions for a real result. Do not invent a graduate’s classification or abbreviate a qualification without their confirmed wording. If the field can be left blank or requires a value,verify that behaviour in the actual seller editor.
Keep the long message separate
A short grade plus a name on one line and a year on another may fit the field structure,but the complete design still needs a seller preview. The site does not infer that any three fields will look balanced or that a particular abbreviation is officially correct. The12-character pen field is another format altogether.
Before submitting
Check the intended wording against the actual achievement,then test it in the genuine product editor. If a necessary qualification cannot fit,choose another wording approved by the buyer or another product. The local source tool describes limits;it neither sends names externally nor creates an engraving order.
A concrete buying decision
A3-character field may tempt a buyer to squeeze an uncertain qualification into an abbreviation. A better approach is to verify the exact intended text before opening the editor. If the field is unsuitable,ask about leaving it blank or choose another design rather than inventing an academic result.
