The notebook has different line rules
The selected source says Congratulations is fixed. Line1 appears as entered, while lines2 and3 use fixed uppercase. A buyer who carefully types mixed case into line2 should therefore not assume that case survives production. The fixed design and the editable fields are separate parts of the offer.
The pen has another fixed element
Graduation is standard wording on the selected pen. The up-to12-character barrel personalisation is not evidence that the standard word can be replaced with another event or a long degree title. A generic instructions box also does not guarantee that unsupported design changes will be made.
A proofing example
For a fictitious name such as Alex Morgan, check how the actual notebook preview renders the chosen line and whether the uppercase lines change the intended style. Do not reuse a screenshot from another design as proof. A character count only checks length;it does not verify font, placement, capitalisation or the physical result.
Your final check
Read the whole design aloud, including fixed words, editable text and the year. Confirm the exact product’s rules before paying. The keyring is a fixed2026 university item with no established text editor. Chapter / After has not produced or inspected a personalised sample and does not claim an engraving-quality result.
A concrete buying decision
For a case-sensitive name or acronym, the notebook’s uppercase lower lines matter before ordering. Place text only where the actual seller editor supports the desired treatment. The site cannot validate a particular name or promise how unusual punctuation will be reproduced simply because a character count is within the limit.
